What to put in the subject line

• Support — a tag that will not write, a chip reported wrong, or the app behaving badly.
• Purchase — refunds and billing are handled by Apple and Google, so start there; write if Pro still is not unlocking afterwards.
• Privacy — questions about what the app stores.
• Security — found something that looks like a vulnerability? Tell us privately first and give us time to fix it.

Reporting a tag problem

This is what actually helps us reproduce it:

• What the app said the chip was, from the deep scan report.
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead — the exact wording of any error.
• Your phone model and OS version, and the TagTap version from Settings.
• Where the tag came from, if you know.

A deep scan report can be exported from the app and attached. Check it before you send it: it contains the tag's serial number and memory contents, which may include anything you wrote to it.

One thing we cannot help with

Cloning payment cards, access badges, transit cards, hotel keys or identity documents. TagTap does not do it and we will not advise on it.
